Who we are
FSA Solutions™ has developed a unique place in the FSA/Compliance arena having built up a market profile for a strong understanding of the practical implications of FSA regulation and the impact on all levels of the insurance sector. Growth has been predominantly by word of mouth and recommendation by satisfied clients many of whom retain us on an on going basis.
Our expertise is in finding practical and commercial solutions thus enabling regulated firms to understand and comply with the Rules and Guidance set out by the Financial Services Authority. We also assist secondary intermediaries to restructure operations to escape the need for authorisation.
Working closely with our clients we help them to become compliant and to maintain compliance in the future by ensuring that the processes, documents, staff behaviour, management systems, controls and corporate governance are aligned.
